@mastersthesis{silveira:pgec2005, author = "Marcelo Teixeira Silveira", abstract = "Photogrammetry aims to the reconstruction of the object-space from the 2D image space. This problem is an ill-posed problem which deals with huge matrices. Those matrices come from the scanning of analog images and are the primary source of data for digital photogrammetry. This work presents a stereoscopic visualization and measurement system for using with digitized frame, aerial images. This system was developed in the Masters Program of Geomatics of the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). The visualization and measurement system was designed and implemented to integrate the E- FOTO project. The E-FOTO project aims to implement a digital photogrammetric workstation in a free-software (GNU) approach. Both anaglyph and optical stereovision approaches are available in the current version of the visualization and measurement system. The user can also choose the spectral filters according to the colors of the anaglyph lenses. Since image inner orientation parameters are known, the measurements of point coordinates in the digital image pixel system has permitted to compute the "x" parallaxes. Object height differences are driven from the parallaxes and their difference. The results driven from the system proposed were compared with those from a Kern PG-2 stereo-plotter. The statistical analysis of the results has proven the feasibility and reliability of the system being proposed.", address = "Rio de Janeiro", institution = "Programa de P{\'o}s-gradua{\c{c}}{\~a}o em Engenharia de Computa{\c{c}}{\~a}o da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro", school = "Programa de P{\'o}s-Gradua{\c{c}}{\~a}o em Engenharia de Sistemas e Computa{\c{c}}{\~a}o, {\^E}nfase Geom{\'a}tica, UERJ", title = "{V}isualiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o e {M}edi{\c{c}}{\~a}o {E}stereosc{\'o}picas de {I}magens {F}otogram{\'e}tricas {D}igitais", type = "MSTHESIS", url = "http://www.geomatica.eng.uerj.br/_media/teses:marcelos.tar.gz", year = "2005", }
